These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by WTA Technologies LLC (“WTA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the purchase of products and services through our online store (the “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, each incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity conducted under your account. Accounts may not be transferred or assigned without our consent.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees on international orders.

6. Warranty & Returns

Warranty coverage, return eligibility, exclusions, and procedures are governed exclusively by our Refund & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, images, logos, designs, videos, software, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to WTA Technologies LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

“WTA Technologies” and related marks are trademarks of WTA Technologies LLC. Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify Inc.

8. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements.

We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or transactions. Use them at your own risk.

9. Relationship with Shopify

This store is powered by Shopify Inc. However, all sales are made directly between you and WTA Technologies LLC.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any products, transactions, or disputes and you release Shopify from all related claims.

10. User Feedback & Content

By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant WTA a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for any lawful purpose.

You represent that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Transmit malware or malicious code

  • Harass, defraud, or impersonate others

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Texas courts.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions on this page. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
