International Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy
WTA Technologies
This policy applies to purchases made from WTA Technologies and its affiliated entities, including WTA – Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP (Brazil).
Applicable consumer protection laws in the country of purchase will prevail where required.
1. United States Policy
1.1 Returns (30 Days)

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and accessories.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

After 30 days, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

1.2 Warranty (3 Years – United States)
All products include a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase:

First 30 days: Eligible for return, exchange, or refund under the Return Policy above.

Remaining 2 years and 11 months: Coverage for manufacturing defects or functional failures under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Misuse, improper installation, or negligence
-
Accidental damage
-
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
-
Sale items or gift cards

2. Brazil Policy
(In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code – CDC)
2.1 Exchanges & Returns (Not Related to Right of Withdrawal)
All exchanges or returns not related to the statutory right of withdrawal (direito de arrependimento) will follow the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
Return Shipping Responsibility
WTA – Watanabe Tecnologia Aplicada Eireli EPP is responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns.
The company reserves the right to determine the return shipping method (Correios or another available carrier).
Customers must contact the Sales Department before returning any product to avoid unnecessary expenses.
Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2.2 Right of Withdrawal (Arrependimento)
When applicable under Brazilian law, the product must be returned:

Intact
-
In original packaging
-
Accompanied by the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice)
2.3 Required Documentation
All returns must include:

The DANFE (invoice), and
-
A written explanation describing the reason for return.
Failure to include required documentation may delay or prevent processing.
2.4 Refund Processing
Refunds, including original shipping (when applicable), will be issued after inspection and approval.
Credit Card Purchases
Refunds are requested immediately with the card administrator.
Depending on the billing cycle, the refund may appear within up to two (2) billing statements.
Boleto Purchases
Refunds are issued via bank transfer (DOC) to the customer’s indicated account.
Processing time: up to 7 business days.
2.5 Defective Products (Brazil)
The maximum period to report product defects is 90 days from receipt, as provided by law.
The product must be sent with:

Nota Fiscal (invoice) or proof of purchase.
The product will undergo technical evaluation.
If no defect is confirmed, the item will be returned to the customer.
2.6 Delivery Issues
Customers must refuse delivery if they observe:

Opened or damaged packaging
-
Damaged product
-
Product not matching the order
If the issue is identified after delivery, the customer must notify us within 72 hours of receipt.
3. General Refund Information (All Regions)
Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method:

U.S.: within 10 business days

Brazil: according to payment method timelines described above
If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval and the amount has not been received, please contact the respective regional support team.
