Carriers & Service Options

All orders are shipped using the most reliable and efficient carrier available at the time of shipment.

Domestic (United States):

  • Ground

  • 2nd Day Air

  • Priority Overnight

International:

  • International Economy (recommended)

  • International Priority

Carrier selection may vary based on destination, service availability, and operational considerations.


Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon, CST) on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or during weekends or holidays, will be processed on the following business day (typically Monday, unless it is a public holiday).

Please note: Processing times refer to order preparation and dispatch, not delivery time.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided, or if the recipient is unavailable:

  • The carrier (FedEx, UPS, or other provider) may attempt delivery up to two times.

  • After failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our facility.

  • Any additional shipping, redelivery, storage, or return fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

WTA Technologies is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


International Shipments

For international orders:

  • The shipping fee covers transportation costs only.

  • Import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges are not included in the shipping cost.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the applicable customs authority or carrier at the time of delivery.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in shipment delays, return of the package, or abandonment. Any return shipping fees, storage fees, or customs penalties incurred due to non-payment will be the responsibility of the customer.
